Where is Urban at Blox Fruits?
The first thing you should do to find out where Urban is located is access the Elite Hunter mission. Since, there are three Bosses that you must defeat after this mission, and one of them is the Urban.
When it is your turn to defeat Urban, you will know that you must go to Hydra Island, since this is the location of Urban. Once you locate it, you will have to fight against it and defeat it in order to obtain the rewards.
Who is Urban?
Urban is known as a boss that appears at level 1750, he is the same level as Deandre and Diablo. Being, these two the other two Elite Bosses of the entire map. Unlike Diablo and Deandre, however, Urban uses Awakened Rumble and Enhancement.
